Emily Evans - Owner & Founder

Emily has worked in the property industry for nearly two decades.

She learnt and developed her skills at various corporate agencies before setting up Evans Estates in 2013.

Emily is a portfolio landlord herself and also works within the UK and US media presenting and producing items related to the property industry and providing expert analysis and opinion.


Ella Chidgey - Property Manager

Ella joined Evans Estates in 2020 having previously worked for a local property agent.

She has lived in Bridgwater all her life and knows the area like the back of her hand, so if you want to know the best areas in town then make sure you pick her brains!

She is a firm believer in clear communication, transparency and building strong relationships with our landlords and tenants.


Helen Evans - Office Manager

Helen is another Evans, with several years previous experience of lettings in Bristol prior to joining Emily to help run the family business.

Helen runs a tight ship ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently.

She oversees all things finance ensuring our landlords our paid on time, contractors invoices processed and tenants deposits returned promptly.
