Having worked in the property industry for over a decade in larger corporate agencies, I felt uneasy that all too often the focus was not on landlords, nor tenants but simply on the bottom line. This led me to open Evans Estates in 2013, where I could put in place customer-centric practices that maximise a property's potential while minimising stress and complications for landlords. I am always here to answer any questions you may have about property. Ella joined the business in 2020 having worked for a local estate agency beforehand. Helen, Office Manager
Helen is another Evans, with several years previous experience of lettings in Bristol prior to joining the family business. Helen runs a tight ship making sure that everything and everyone is working at their best, ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
